This oil is made from a blend of predominantly Frantoio, Leccino, San Felice and Itrana olives with some Manzanillo, Maurino and Pendolino olives from our orchard and is certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers, CCOF. The oil is full of texture and layered in relatively intense flavor.
